Provider Biography:

Daniel G Torres, MD, FACP, FACR specializes in the treatment of diseases such as arthritis, lupus, gout, and many other rheumatologic disorders. Board certified in rheumatology, he has been in practice for 27 years. Dr. Torres believes in a patient-centered approach to medicine that involves attentive listening to the patient’s complaints in order to deliver state-of-the-art compassionate care.

Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Dr. Torres is fluent in Spanish. He completed a fellowship in rheumatology at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio and his residency in internal medicine at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. He is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at Loyola University medical school in Chicago and a faculty member of the Internal Medicine Residency Program at Weiss Memorial Hospital and Family Practice Residency Program at West Suburban Medical Center. Dr. Torres is a fellow of the American College of Physicians and the American College of Rheumatology.
